Harimau Malaya; jatuh bangun tetap bersamamu

memang dah agak pun match tu mesti sengit.. Harimau Malaya akan terus menggasak pasukan Singapura untuk at least dapatkan seri mata agregat.. kalau seri confirm Malaysia masuk next round..

tapi nyata Singapura punya taktik tetap macam dulu.. mesti akan lengah masa buat2 jatuh injured segala.. bengang sehh.. but then again, taktik.. yea yea..

walaupun kalah, we all Malaysians rata2 sangat bangga dengan team Harimau Malaya.. frust tapi bangga.. sedih tapi bangga.. at least kalah kami kalah bermaruah.. tetap berjuang sehingga ke minit terakhir.. terus berjuang tanpa drama.. dan 100% Malaysians.. hikhikhik

takpe.. pemain Malaysia muda2 lagi.. next qualification match pemain Singapura yang dah tua2 tu dah takde dah pun.. hahahaha..

semoga bola sepak Malaysia akan terus maju dan bersih b(^___^)d

my friend, modjo, is very creative.. i just knew her interest in doll house and she made them by her own hands! well, they are more like rooms, not house hehe.. but they are aaaalllllll beautifuuuuulllll!!! very impressive..

finally!! lazying on the couch in front of the tv all day.. nak masak food for lunch pun malas, so ended up makan biskut lutut celup teh je.. baru sat tadi cuci kandang meknab.. peerrgghh tahi bulat2 besar.. buat baja memang bagus..

in the blues of health

being away from home, in a new place, trying to mix around the new crowd, is already a pressure indeed.. adding up the work loads to it is totally make it worse..

i am reading this book (still tak habis lagi baca walaupun dah beli lama dah, like couple of months back.. walaupun buku ni sangat best dan very informative and inspiring!), about how to stay healthy based on Rasulullah's sunnah..

the author elaborate more on the effect behind Rasulullah's sunnah towards our bodies.. he also support the explanation with some facts and studies conducted by scientists.. very interesting indeed..

i even tried to eat like the author suggested and in only two weeks i could lost 3 kg! menarik tak menarik tak? even though i also tried wearing girdle and stuff, but i think it was due to the way i eat which i lost the kilos.. the other stuff just help me to define the body shape..

but yeah, since i travel a lot these days plus the pressures, i bypass all the routine and eat unhealthily.. makan tak ikut masa, makan banyak daging and less fiber/sayur/fruits, eat junk food.. now i feel guilty towards my own body.. dah la jarang gila exercise sekarang.. hai la badan, minta maaf sangat2 ya... T____T



~ i have developed a high concern on my health because i believe even if i have a lot of money, but if i am not healthy, i cannot use the money for the things i need and want.. and cannot find some more money too! ingat sihat sebelum sakit.. prevention is more effective than cure...

for the time being, masa tak mengizinkan aku untuk betul2 spend time doing my things.. sedih weh.. i couldn't even catch up friends who came here from borneo.. making me missing my leisure time.. make me treasure my time more.. hmmm...

my travel from south to north, walaupun memenatkan, tapi tetap buat aku rasa sangat berbaloi.. i got to meet friends and make some new friends, and went to places i had never been before.. but i just had my jinho-shi accompanied me.. MoMo tinggal kat rumah since the travel due to work, leceh la pulak nak angkut MoMo sekali kan..

but it makes me missing MoMo terribly la pulak.. hahahhaa -_-"


date: 11/7/11 - Johor Bahru

~had dinner with ifa and her friend, syikin, at restoran My Friend, kempas (click here for the map).. kedai yang sangat besar, luas dan makanan yang sedap with various selection of menus.. tengok je la gambar api tomyam tu.. menarik kan? yumyum~

~and this was my drink.. gelas besar wehh.. gelas 1 liter.. aku ingat brader tu main2 je masa dia cakap 1 liter.. siot jek.. it tastes weird but not that bad.. siap ada ice-cream kat tengah2 cream.. haruslah rekod minuman pelik cenggini okehh.. ekekekke~

~yezzaa.. gayaku pergi JB.. melenggang bawak beg laptop je stail pergi ofis macam biasa.. ni pun wajib rekod nih.. dan juga wajib la bergambar kat airport Senai kan.. 1st time sampai.. jakun jap bahahahha~

date: 13/7/11 - Alor Setar

~lepas je check in hotel, terus ajak kak la dinner.. dia bawak kat kedai ni.. apa entah namanya, lupa dah.. kedai ni besar gila.. kedai masakan siam.. aku sendiri tak reti nak sebut menu apa yang aku oder.. nasib baik sedap.. bahahahha~

~me and boyfren kat depan istana lama, Alor Setar.. sanggup ni patah balik sebab nak tangkap gambar kat sini.. masa ni la aku rindu gila kat MoMo.. jinho-shi pun boleh laa hmmm.. gambar2 yang lain aku dah upload kat sini dan sini~

~kat kuala kedah.. jalan2 dengan skandal lama jap.. dia la penyebab aku lambat pergi penang.. pukul 10pm baru gerak dari Alor Setar.. pukul 11pm naik feri, 11.40pm baru sampai island.. pusing2 cari hotel, pukul 12.20am baru berjaya masuk bilik hotel.. ngantuk nak mampos tapi berbaloi.. kenapa berbaloi?? biarlah rahsiaaaa kehkehkeh~

date: 14/7/11 - Penang island

~gila pening aku nak cari tempat ni.. siap search kat GPS pun tak jumpa.. rupanya sebab kat maps/address memang la tulis "Lebuh", tapi kat dalam GPS "Jalan".. tak ke hangen satu badan aku dibuatnya?? ampeh~

~me and boyfren at tune hotel parking lot.. travel alone i think worth la duduk kat bilik hotel ni.. tapi kalau berdua, siyes cramp.. yup, bagi aku berdua adalah cramp di sini~

~on the way balik KL, singgah kejap kat rumah budak tecik-tomey nih.. bila tunjuk gambar ni kat dia, dia siap panggil baby, nak picit pipi, kiss segala.. sabo je la.. pastu majuk ngan aku nangis kuat gila sebab aku cakap padan muka masa dia terhantuk kepala kat lantai.. tu la, main guling2 lagi.. ekekeke.. gambar mak dia tak ambil sebab mak dia ampeh.. ada ke pregnant tak bagitau aku.. tengok2 perut dah besar.. kalau aku tak singgah hari tu sure tup2 dapat message dah bersalin kan.. azimah, nanti aku pikir nak bagi denda apa kat ko nih :-P ~

esok kena pergi balik JB, 5 hari kat sana.. semoga perjalanan pergi-balik dan segala urusan kerja berjalan dengan lancar.. ameen.

yes i am a MU fan.. a fan since i know english premier league.. so basically since i know football la hehe.. and that was when i just very little.. i was influenced by my dad.. he is also a fan (a big one!) so dia yang ajar aku about football and make me realise how awesome MU is..

no offence to other clubs' fans ya.. hehehehe ^___-

so when Edwin Van Der Sar came to malaysia and had a meet-the-fans session at menara TM, of course la aku takkan lepaskan peluaaaannngggg.. dah la dia dah bersara and this is the last tour dia sebagai MU player kan.. sah2 la aku macam orang gila kat situ tengok dia macam mata bersinar2 rasa macam mimpi je..
